Patriotic Project Roundup!
by Shabby Fabrics | July 3, 2015
With the 4th of July coming up this weekend (independence day in the United States for our international readers) I thought it would be fun to get all of our patriotic projects together in one place! We have a mix of patterns, kits, and DIY projects for you so have fun browsing these ideas for some 4th of July decor!
First up, we have our newest quilt, Standing Strong! This beautiful quilt meets the standards for the Quilts of Valor Foundation and we are offering it as a full kit which includes all top fabrics, borders, and binding. We also have a free black and white pattern available or a full color pattern for sale and half of the proceeds will be directly donated to the QoVF! Don't forget to check out the coordinating pillowcase as well! Watch the video below to learn a little bit about the great service provided by the QoVF:
Next up is a fun and easy DIY project that you can create for any occasion, but it is especially cute when it is made with our Patriotic Seventh Heaven Fat Quarter Set! This video also features a simple garland created using our Shabby Shapes!
Here is another DIY project that we created using the same Patriotic Fat Quarter Set! Watch the video below to learn how to create your own stylish accessories using fabric and marbles:
This last project is one of our most popular patterns! It is our Patchwork Patriotic Table Runner that uses simple patchwork and applique to create a beautiful decoration for your table. We have this available in a full kit that includes all top fabrics, borders, binding, and backing. We also have the pattern available as a PDF download or hard copy.
We also have an amazing selection of patriotic fabrics to choose from! You can see them all at Shabby Fabrics!
From all of us here at Shabby Fabrics, we hope you have a Happy Fourth of July!
